app screen documents window

I have an app that I sync documents thru ITunes, I noticed that the real estate space is a little tight so I was going to export some of the docs I'm currently not using and save it in another location to free up space. However when I tried this only the add button works and not the save button so now I cannot remove files from this area. I cannot delete the files or I will lose them on the next sync, see the screenshot as I hope I'm clear in explaining this.As the screenshot is of the docs inside the app window ofITunes.

Can I maybe make the font smaller or something?
