Wifi connection ios 6.1.1

Same problem but turns out that my wifi was the culprit here. Uverse wireless was fine but apparently a Netgear Range extender was causing the wifi drop. Disconnected the range extender and wireless works fine off the ATT Uverse wireless router. Both iPad and iPhone 4s phones. May be a firmware updated needed for the range extender to work. Trying that.

Was it Firmware? I suspect this is happening in our office and would like to be able to tell our IT to update the firmware
