Visit websites within Keynote with iPad guided access enabled

I'd like to actually visit a web site within Keynote (ala the iPad app SlideShark for PowerPoint presentations) rather than be dumped out to Safari. However, I could possibly accept that except that external hyperlinks are disabled when guided access mode is enabled.

To be clear, I'm not talking about the deprecated Web View object that would update a single page view in an object on a Keynote slide. I'm talking about actually using the linked to web site.

I even tried exporting the Keynote show as PowerPoint so I could then use SlideShark, but I've made extensive use of Keynote-only transitions and object effects (ex. reflections) that are not supported or poorly transition.

Any ideas?
