Every couple of months, Mail stops getting my corporate email from the Exchange server. Any ideas to what is going on? The account is online. I've tried re-installing OSX, and I tried another trick here of running a terminal command after deleting the mail.com file from the library.
I moved 3 years of emails to an archive mailbox, but still not getting new mail. I'll try to check to see if we have that updated service pack. In the past, changing my password worked, and once it just started working again on its own.
