I got a brand new iphone5, literally like two hours ago and I was in the appstore and I tapped reviews for an app and the phone froze, the screen went all pixely, and the phone turned off. Now it won't turn back on. I'm rather annoyed as I just started using it.

The iPhone comes with a minimal charge. If you haven't charged it yet, try that first.
Complete a Hard reset by holding the top Power button and the Home screen button. Once you see the white apple let go and let it reboot. Let me know if it keeps doing it thanks 😀
Thanks! I figured that's what I should do like the ipod but when I tried it nothing happened. I guess I just needed to hold it down longer. It's back to normal now 🙂
