Ringtone Help

Hello. I purchased a ringtone on my iPad 2 Wi-Fi. I would now like to bring into iTunes so that I can use it on my iPhone 4S. I can't figure out how to do it. Normally, I'd just re-purchase it (not worth the hassle), but it's no longer available for download. Anyone know how to do this? I'm afraid if I sync my iPad with iTunes it will erase this ringtone, and I will lose it forever. I don't know if ringtones are stored in iCloud or no. Any help would be appreciated!
