Songs gone in iPod - Show up in iTunes - Not in iPod view though

Using iPod Classic 160 GB. Used Space = 63 GB but Files are all missing.

In iTunes, songs all show up. However,

In the Sync Bar, it is filled part way with orange filler color and word "Other" along with "96.69 GB Free".

Is there a simple way of getting my files to show up again or must I restore and reload?
