I am very sorry, but yesterday my little son made a mistake and ordered 2900 Gold from Dragon Story two times for 89,99 euro.
How can I ignore these two orders from 14.02.2013 for total 179.98 euro. Thank you very much!!!
You can try contacting iTunes support via this page (these are user-to-user forums) : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption
To try and stop it happening again you should be able to turn off in-app purchases on your device via Settings > General > Restrictions > In-App Purchases 'off'
