What Mac? Only want to know if it has a camera (for example Mac Pro does not, by default).
What Version Mac OS X? (most versions have had video chat included via iChat, and recently Facetime as of Lion 10.7)
The person you want to video chat with, what computer system are they using? Need to know so that you are both using software that knows how to talk with each other. For example, if going Mac to Windows, then Skype would be best. If going Mac to Mac before Lion, then iChat. If Mac to Mac both Lion or Mountain Lion, then Facetime. If going to an iPhone/iPad/iPod Touch and the Mac is Lion, then Facetime. etc... What is the other computer and if a Mac what version Mac OS X is it running?
