how can i delete the downloaded .dmg file from desktop without deleting that app from my mac ? can i relocate this file ? i want my desktop free of icons.

MacBook Air, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.2)

Make sure that the application is properly installed in the Application folder and it is working.


The drag the dmg to the trash.
