my computer says that my new ipod can be detected but not identified. When I plug it in to my computer no screen appears asking me to register it. Help!!
I purchased a new IPOD and my when I plug it in my computer says that it can not be identified.
In the past when I have plugged in a new ipod a screen will pop up and ask me to register it.
Why is this not happening?
