Trying to get music from my account on my new comp to my iphone

Iphone will sync with one and only one computer at a time.
When you sync to another, it will indeed erase the current content from your iphone and replace with content from the new computer. This is how the iphone is designed.
Make sure that you copy everything from your old computer, or your backup copy of your old computer, to your new one.
I have music that is on my account. I have a new computer which brought up all my purchased songs, but I can't figure out how to get them to my iPhone? When I hit sync it says it's going to erase my phone contents to replace with my lib, it only says 4 so
