6.1.1 4s update PROBLEMS!!!!!

😠Ok let me preface the whole situation. I have a 4s 64 gb At&T phone. I have owned it for less than a year. The phone is simply amazing with its capabilities. However, i never realized i would have so much trouble. 3 weeks ago, my speaker mysteriously stopped working. I could do everythign on the phone but talk or listen to music. So i was able to send the phone back to apple and receive a brand new replacement. They were amazing and very fast to deal with the issue. So all is well in my world. Then i go to download the new 6.1 update. For whatever reason it pushes the phone in recovery mode. 😠.. SO i call apple and was able to get things figured out and my phone was backed up. So life is once again great in iPhone land. However, i saw there was a patch for the 4s 2 days ago. So i download the update to my desktop while im asleep. I go home from work last night with the intentions of putting the update on the phone.

- It starts to extract it but then stops. Error message: something about i need to delete files or there is not enough space?????? i know there is plenty of space on the phone i still have 44 gb left. I have a windows based desktop that is not the newest or greatest but i have had no issues with itunes/etc since owning the phone. In the back of my mind i was scared to death that doing this patch would kick it into recovery mode like the initial update did.

-What is wrong PLEASE help.. It should not be so difficult to plug the phone in and do an update that is supposed to better your iPhone experience.I made it known to the apple support person when it kicked my phone into recovery mode the first time that this is simply unacceptable from a billion dollar worldwide company.😟

I would love to not have to call apple again and go through that 2 hour mumbo jumbo experience.

Sorry to be so long winded but i wanted to get it all out. PLEASE HELP
