Restored my IPhone after moving to Canada from UK . How do I download the apps I purchased in the UK store? It says since I am in Canada I cannot use UK store again, meaning I have to pay for apps I already paid for. This is ridiculous even the games I have been playing since I moved here.

Did you fail to maintain a backup copy of your apps? All of your apps should be on your computer.
I have all my apps backed upon the cloud, but as switched to the Canadain store they disappear. When I switch back to the UK store I can see them but can't download as it says my region has change.
I am I using the same IPhone the only difference been i have retired and switch App Store. These apps where purchased and I can't understand why I will not use them simply because I am now in Canada.
If you're using the same Apple ID in Canada, that you used in the UK, you won't be able to download them.
