My mail accounts doesn't accept the imap input when adding a new email account.
Any suggestions anybody please, thx.

Are you trying to add your account manually. If so delete it by turning off Mail syncing in system preferences >iCloud and have iCloud add the account automatically by re-enabling Mail syncing.
For some reason it accepted my mail info automatically but tried to add my sons account unsuccessfully
How are you trying to add your sons account.
Mail>preferences>+>Add Account window etc.
Try adding the iCloud account at system preferences > mail, contacts & calendars and enabling Mail.

DId not work for me. Having same issue. p03-imap.mail.me.com, could not connect to icloud imap server.
