MacBook getting continuous kernel panics

I have a white MacBook unibody A1342 that will not boot up. Every time I try to boot up with osx, I get a kernel panic. It will boot up with bootcamp into Windows XP and run fine. I have tried booting from the install disk and get a kernel panic. The hard drive has a fresh install of snow leopard. I have even tried different hard drives and same problem. It's kind of funny that I have a macbook that will only run Windows. Does anyone have any suggestions? I have tried unplugging the peripherals, changing RAM, etc. no luck.

MacBook Pro, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.2)
