Out of control!!!!

Batt life when from "o..k" to "no battery life at all". My Network Connecting when from "mediocre" to "non existant"

I'm getting tired of the same problems with every single ios release OR having problems with every apple iPhone release.

...... 0% customer satisfaction.

Andriod Phone?

iPhone 4S, iOS 6.1.1, .....

You are not addressing Apple here at all.

We are all iphone users just like you.

Most have no issues with their iphone.

If you prefer an Android phone ,then get one.
