i have an iphone 4s and have had a problem with 3g since i upgraded to the IOS 6.1. Over the weekend, I upgraded to the IOS 6.1.1 and im still having problems getting service for internet. I can pull up the internet, but it is SLOW!!!!. And, I cant open video or anything like that. any solutions? Because 6.1.1 didnt solve it.
