G4 Cube not ejecting disks

Hello all, I have a Power Mac G4 Cube that is giving me a hard time with ejecting disks. When I go to eject them, the disk drive starts to eject but doesn't have enough power to push it up and out. Is this a hint that I need a new disk drive, and if so, where is the best place to get one with a small budget?

PowerMac, Mac OS X (10.4.11), G4 Cube

Did you try grapping the cd? Maybe assisted by some tape.

I do have an iMac G3 slot loading, could I use that drive instead?
