Q: My new iphone 5 is not discovering the JBL bluetooth speaker

I am not able to connect my Bluetooth device (JBL speaker) with my iPhone 5. Please help?

A:

I just found the answer - Hold the on/off button on the JBL speaker for about 4-5 seconds until it flashes blue and red. Then it is ready to sync.

Is the speaker set to Discover mode? Is the speaker compatible with the iPhone 5 & iOS version installed on it? Check with the manufacturer for a compatibility list for your particular speaker model (which you didn't mention).
