is in an infinite loop of rebooting then going to the pass code lock screen and it wont let me power off or anything? Help?? It goes to a black screen with the spinning circle, then goes to pass code lockscreen then does it all again...

Try:
- iOS: Not responding or does not turn on
- Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode

- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
- If still not successful that usually indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.
At the moment I can't connect to a computer/iTunes because I am at school and no one has a usb charger.
Also, I can't put it into DFU mode because my home button is broken
I will let the battery drain and charge it later when I am able to I guess... Just was curious if there was anything I could do immediately.

If letting the battery fully drain and recharging does not work, see if placing the iPod in recovory mode with this program will allow a restore
