problem in Clash of clans game

hi. i bought 500 stones in clash of clans (game) with my visa card. Stones came but i can't buy any more it says that contact the i tunes support. What is the solution?

iPhone 5, iOS 6.1.1

By 'won't update' you mean ... ? And what have you tried to see if it fixes whatever the problem is that you are having ?
