After binding iMac to Active Directory, I cannot login to AD after reboot.

I have a new iMac with OS X v 10.8.2. I am able to login as a local administrator and set the AD binding options. I can then logoff and I am presented with the user name and password fields. I can enter my AD credentials and login successfully. So far, so good.

Once I reboot, the only option I have is to login as the local administrator; the only local account. If I logoff I can then login with any domain account.

I need for it to prompt for and allow an AD login each time. Am I missing something?
