When entering App Store in my Ipad, i recive the message "Your request produced an error. [newNullResponse]"

Same problem here and nothing works (hard reset; shut down; iTunes-restore-with-setuping-iPhone-as-a-new) really. 😟

Hope, Apple would help us to find a solution. 🙂

Why doesn't Apple answer this! Here I am on April 14th. 2.5 months later with the same problem.

Apple is not here. This is a user-to-user help forum that Apple only hosts.

I''ve may found a bit of solution to help you.Recently I've encoutered this problem.Heres the way to try.It works for me on ipad mini ios 6.1.3:

1.Close the appstore.(open multitasking bar and execute it by pressing the appstore icon until it wiggles)

2.Go into setting>iTunes&appstore.

3.Sign out from your apple ID.

4.Turn off the iDevice(shut it down for a few minutes)

5.Turn on iDevice.

6.Try open Appstore.

7.If it works,you can sign in again!

Thanks for helping. I'll try it the next time if I get the error again. I had to go through Apple and restage my iPad.
