my iphone 3 does not show in latest Itunes Help please

Hi All,

Might someone know why my Iphone does not show in latest Itune I have just downloaded. Everything work ok. The phone needs an Iso4 update and I was told to get it on the latest Itunes. So now I am f... as I can't get anything. This is a little frustrating .

I would really be happy I someone could help me.

I repaired Itunes already, did not remove it completely.
