Got iCloud, pages, Macbook Pro, iphone 4, no money, little patience. How can I get a macbook page doc to iphone page?

From my iphone, how can I retieve a pages doc created on MacbookPro? Please tell me that a pre-meditated download is not the only way.

MacBook Pro, Mac OS X (10.7.3)

If you have IOS Pages on the iPhone, you can email yourself the pages doc from your MBP.

Or, in iTunes, you have your iPhone docked or via Wi-Fi sync. Click on your phone name in the left panel of iTunes. Select the Apps tab for your phone in iTunes and scoll down to the Sharing section. Select Pages, and now you can drag/drop Pages documents to/from your MBP. Synchronize the iPhone. These documents will be available to IOS Pages as local, non-iCloud documents.

If you are actually running 10.7.3, then you have enough information to share those files without a discussion about iCloud.
