Can't pair remote app on library

Home sharing works

But I only need remote app for remote library functionality

iPhone 4S, iOS 6.1.1, It always fails

Is the device connected to the same Wi-Fi network as the computer running iTunes?

Is iTunes running on the computer?

yes it is conected to the same wifi network ..i can download my library from icloud from that wifi on my iphone

i did and add the firewall isseu

so itunes is added on windows firewall

my device list shows sync iphone, transfer purchases,back up , and restore from back up

i can't add the numbers from remote app

even remote home sharing doesn't seems to connect neither

quit working for me, too...when changed to itunes 11 and iOS 6.xx
