Q: Have iPhone 3 that has been loaded up with songs from iTunes library-now iTunes is refusing to acknowledge the device. I am trying to use music files as ringtones via software downloaded from iTunes

Hi, I've uploaded songs onto my iPhone 3 & want to use some of those as personalised ringtones using a program download I obtained through the app store. Problem I have now is that iTunes dosen't show details of my device & therefore I can't move the ringtone folders into iTunes. What can I do?
