Digital Booklet download to Mac but not the songs?

Purchased 2-CD online and when I signed into iTunes it downloaded 1 CD and only downloaded the digital booklet for the other and not the songs and iTunes is saying that I didn't purchase it and it is on my iPhone/iPod. How can I get it on my computer?
