I have the iphone 5. I changed my apple id but there are five apps that will not update. It keeps asking me for my old apple id. I have changed my apple id on my phone and computer. I have signed out and back in. I have the latest update. Please help!

Same thing happened to mine. You have to delete all the apps that need to be updated. Than you have to redownload the apps.
Applications are linked to the Apple ID they were purchased with. If you want to update those apps, you will need to use the ID they were purchased with. If that ID is no longer valid, then as mentioned, you will have to delete them from the device and redownload.
