My iphone is not recognized by my PC (Code 43). Have gone through the trouble shooting described by Apple Support with no luck. What next?

The phone is recognized on my laptop (Win7) but not on my PC (also Win7). Receive error "Windows has stopped this decvice because it has reported a problem (Code 43)". Have uninstalled/reinstalled itunes many times. Disabled my Notron 30. Turned computer off and on. Rean MSCONFIG. Nothing works. Have been struggling with this for weeks. HELP!
