I have just purchased a new IMac and am trying to get my pop account emails from my ipad into mail on the new imac, does anyone know how I can do this?

Thanks for that. I'm always a bit concerned about losing data from one to the other, I have no way to back up emails on I pad. If I sync will it take all emails that aren't on the computer and transfer them. I was under the impression that it would only sync email account details.
