Question

Incoming server in icloud mail account

Please assist: I cannot enter text in "incoming server" and "password" in my icloud.com mail account. Other mail accounts like gmail are working well.

Airport Extreme-OTHER, Mac OS X (10.6.8)

Here are instructions for setting up iCloud mail on OS X 10.6. Are you following these steps?

Thanks Julian,

Tried this and got a message that the system cannot identify my me.com id. Aside of that I got a message that it wanted me to connect to a non-certified server with potential security issues.
