Im having troubles installing itunes on my windows 8 laptop, help?
I'll click the download button and without even asking me to run anything it just says "thanks for downloading" but I haven't even done anything.?
I'd first try downloading an installer from the Apple website using a different web browser:
http://www.apple.com/itunes/download/
If you use Firefox instead of IE for the download (or vice versa), do you get a working installer?
