I go to update to version 6.1 and it says that I need to install itunes 11. I click install and it says that itunes has been installed but when I go to update software it says that I need to download itunes 11 again. I've tried it many times with the same thing happening.
Which operating system on your syncing computer? Windows? Mac OS X? Which version of iTunes do you presently have?
