Following resolution Files conflict, my file Number desappearad of my iCloud area after clicking the selected file.
How is it possible to recover it ?

If you keep a time machine back up, take a look in library > mobile documents > com~apple~Keynote > Documents.
Whilst it won't help you recover documents that have already become lost, can I suggest you get into the habit of backing up your documents in the cloud regularly.

Yes, but if you have Time Machine running you should be able to recover it.
