i played clash of clan game. i bought some gems in a game. Now i tried this again it says to me "please contact itunes support to complete this transaction"

i send i tunes support but they haven't turned back yet. Before this problem had done . help me please

iPhone 5, iOS 6.1.1

When did you contact them ? It can take up to 24 hours before you get a reply from them. If it's been longer than that then try contacting them again : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page
