Problem in my Iphone even if i have a connection

Hello,

I have a problem in my iphone 3gs..

i have a connection on my WIFI but Find My Phone still not detect my phone in online mode..

It's Still the same with my mom's iphone 3gs.. we're using same account but still OFFLINE..

HELP PLEASE
