Does latest os support 3rd party cook in iPad
I had my iPad 2 upgraded to latest os.will it support 3rd party cookies?

Safari supports cookies yes, and it did on previous versions of iOS as well.

I am having a tough time with online banking since new os which I did not have before...many thanks
Does your bank have their own app in the store ? And you have Settings > Safari > Accept Cookies set to 'from visited' and Settings > Safari > Private Browsing is set 'off' ?
You could also try clearing Safari's cache : Settings > Safari > Clear Cookies And Data and see if that makes any difference.
