When I click on a help subject the screen that appears is frequently blank.

I also have this problem. The Number two shows up in the App Store screen. I go to purchases and there are no apps that require updating. The number two in the App Store still remains on my screen. Has anybody found the solution yet? I called Apple, Only to be told that I should back up to iTunes on the computer, and then restore my iPad from the computer to eliminate the number two on the App Store screen. I'm hesitating to do that. Suggestions?
