Setting up aggregate podcast page in iTunes 11

In order to request an aggregated podcast page from Apple in the past, you had to click the 'Report a concern' link on one of your podcast's pages and then provide the feeds that you wanted aggregating. In iTunes 11 this link has been removed, therefore how would I request an aggregated page?

MacBook Pro (Retina, Mid 2012), Mac OS X (10.7.4)

When I looked at someone's podcast page yesterday the link was back - have you checked recently? If it isn't I can only suggest you email them at podcasts 'at' apple.com

I investigated this further - the link appears on the web page for the Store, but not in the Store in iTunes.... the URL is

https://itunes.apple.com/podcast/idxxxxxxxxxxx

and the link does actually work.
