OSX 10.8 AND CANON LBP3000

What happens if you try the driver for Canon LBP6000 ?

The official driver for the LBP3000 is the CAPT v3.55 driver and it does support OS X 10.8.x.

The driver supports mutilple models of Canon laser, so the link Gerald has provided a link to for the LBP6000 is also for the LBP3000. But this is for the US models of LBP. If you are outside of the US, then you should use the UK English driver.
