I'm having problems with iTunes Match, upload the songs are done and had great difficulty with the freezing of steps.

You're connection the iTunes Match servers is offline. That's why the songs are greyed out and the cloud icon has the horozontal lines in it. Quit iTunes, wait a few seconds, re-launch the application and wait until the tracks are no longer greyed out and you will be able to download them.

Again, click the "done" button. Or click one of the "tabs" along the top of the screen: Songs, Albums, Artists, etc.

It sometimes loses communication. Generally the service will re-establish itself fairly quickly. If it does not quit iTunes, wait a few seconds, then re-launch the application.
After sync with itunes match, it takes the songs appear? That's what happens.

1 - Normally I'll update the game it freezes at step 1.
Stay on message: Sending information to Apple.
2 - When releasing the download of songs, usually the Match keeps crashing. Download is limited.
3 - I can't deleted my songs, I delete and then the Match freezes on upgrade Step 1.
I use 1 PC + 1 Notebook + 1 iPhone 4
On PC and Notebook is problems, my iPhone is normaly.
Ok, let's back up.
You seem to be saying you are using the "Update iTunes Match" command a lot. Why? It is not necessary to use that command everytime you make a change in the iTunes library. Just make the change and it will automatically be propagated out to all your devices.

I dont realize many downloads, I usually do download of +/- 7 songs and match freezes:
Example:
iTunes Match completed song Rock and Roll Ain't Noise Pollution /Back in Black/ AC/DC
and froze in Hells Bells

É o seguinte, estou com problemas no download das musicas.
Exemplo:
Eu começo o download de um CD que está no iTunes Match e esse CD tem 17 musicas, eu consigo abaixar por volta de 8 musicas e depois eu preciso sair do iTunes e voltar de novo para continuar o download, sendo isso eu não consigo fazer o download imediatamente de todas as musicas que tenho disponível no iCloud , sendo que preciso fica saindo e voltando para o programa.
Eu tenho só o inglês básico, mas não é o suficiente para eu descrever isso, por ser complicado.

So he's having a hard time downloading songs from iTunes Match. If he tries to download an album that has 17 songs, it'll download like 8 of them, at which point he has to close and reopen iTunes to get it to continue on. So he is unable to download all of the songs he has in iCloud, because he would have to repeatedly open and close iTunes every time the downloads stop.
My problem with match is that it seems stuck when downloading the songs onto my laptop. The cloud symbol is there, but grayed out and nothing happens when you click it to down load...any suggestions would be appreciated!
