First time using "Apple Support Community"... so not sure how it works..but here goes. I have multiple Apple products. While its great that they can all share the same data, it does sometimes present a problem. I would like to creat an additional Itunes account on my Mini- Ipad. Is that a possibility to have 2 accounts on one device. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance

No, unfortunately you can only have one iTunes account on a device.
You can create an account via this page : https://appleid.apple.com
You can only have one account logged in at a time on an iPad, and using iTunes match, automatic downloads or re-downloading an account's past purchases can potentially tie a device (or computer) to an account for 90 days : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4627
Also content is tied to the account that buys/downloads it, so apps, music etc will be tied to that account - so only that account will be able to re-download it or download updates.
