Best compression settings for SD video?

I am making a video to be projected from my Macbook Pro 2012 13" onto a massive projector via VGA connector.

I'm going to export 4:3 SD as the projector is SD, so I was wondering what would be the best settings to get the highest quality SD video (even playing around with the parameters, unless one of the presets is the best.)
