I have the last iPad model with the 30 pin connector.Does my iPad have retina display?If it does'nt,is there much difference with retina display?

The last model with the 30 pin connector came out in March, 2012. It does indeed have the retina display.
Here are the specs:
Assuming its an iPad 3 and not an iPad 2, then yes it does have a Retina display.
if its an iPad 2 it does not.
As for the difference, yes it noticeable with high def movies and pictures. But other than that no.
