Slow previews and rentals

Over the last six months, previews have come almost unplayable; It take 10 minutes to buffer a preview. Movie renting also has similar issues. These problems are consistent.

I have a 30 MB Internet connectio; no issues with other services like Netflix.

Apple services is becoming a real problem...not sure if I can keep using these services.As much as I hated, I may need to go back to Comcast to rent movies.
