Where are the Avatar Extras?

I purchased Avatar by James Cameron when I saw there were "iTunes Extras" for it advertised on the previews on iTunes.

I downloaded it to my iPad and can view it on my iTV - but the "Extras" are nowhere to be found.

Where are the Avatar Extras?

Sadly, I'm in the same boat. Apple must be aware they have a problem, but they don't seem to have much will to fix it.
