Q: my apple ID lets me add apps but wont let me update.

Im having a problem updating my apps. My ID allows me to purchase and downlad apps, but when it comes time to update, my ID doesnt work. It removes the @email.com portion and it wont let me change it. This is happening on my ipad only. what am I doing wrong?

iPad 2, iOS 6.1.1

Is it an app that you down loaded with this ID?
You can check what ID was used to buy an app by right clicking it on your computer then choosing get info.
Maybe try deleting it and re down loading it.

Its the same ID that i used to buy the app. its name@email.com but when i go in to update, it says name with no @email.com. its the strangest thing.
