Open the Users folder, drag the migrated home folder to the desktop, and provide your administrator password when prompted.

ive unlock it, but it won't let me drag it. I've been a pc user for a long time just coming back to mac click and drag it won't move. I'm in the user and groups folder.
You need to open Users from the top level of the internal drive and not anything in System Preferences.

Choose Computer from the Finder's Go menu and double-click it.
